Yishun Park has a variety of flora and fauna. Residents of Yishun visit that place to enjoy the scenic view, cycle and jog. They can also have a picnic with their friends or family.

This survey shows that majority of the respondents would like to stay in Yishun for a longer time as there are good amenities in Yishun.

Amenities play a major role while choosing a property. They enhance the desirability of real estate and which contribute to the pleasure and enjoyment of the residents. There is a strong connection between the quality of facilities and the satisfaction of the residents of the place. Since Yishun has such facilities wanted by the different age groups, many have been satisfied by living in Yishun. Most of them have also been living in Yishun for a long time and it has now become a part of their life, a place that they feel comfortable and a place that they know very well. I feel that it is true that if there are more amenities in Yishun residents will feel a stronger sense of belonging as there would be more places with distinctive features to connect to, make fond memories and build close bonds as people would be able to meet their friends and have a good time.

I would recommend a multi-purpose stadium and an indoor water park to be built in Yishun to make it even more special to it’s residents. A multi-purpose stadium can hold many types of sports events and will attract organisers of a sports event to choose this stadium to hold the event which will bring along spectators and fans of the sports teams that will be playing at the stadium, it can even compete with the national stadium. This will make Yishun special as people all over Singapore will come to Yishun for it’s stadium. Residents in Yishun could go to the stadium to train and exercise to be fit and healthy and also watch sports events without travelling far.An indoor waterpark will attract visitors who want to have an enjoyable time. Most would also would like to escape the torrid heat of Singapore while having fun. Having to be in the sun most of the time in Singapore, many wish to be away from the heat once in awhile and the waterpark will be a popular choice to do so. This will bring many Singaporeans and even tourists to come to Yishun for the waterpark, making Yishun a special place. Residents in Yishun would be thrilled that Yishun is a place of tourist attraction. They can also go to the waterpark which is in close proximity unlike most tourist attractions in Singapore.
